And suddenly something happens, you close your eyes and you're transported... almost to Pizza Express!!!I kid! It's delicious.
Nice! I love seafood! So, the whelks, do you get them fresh or pickled? I've had a problem getting whelks so I had to resort to using cockles which just aren't the same thing.
ReplyDeleteAlso, have you tried using jellied eels as a topping? They're best deboned and dejellied, with a little grated haloumi and chopped garlic stalks.
