Clam pizza

Well well, how low can we go?
Horrible, plastic supermarket pizza. Don't judge!
Add some clams, king prawns, mascarpone, tomatoes, garlic and basil from the window sill. And suddenly something happens, you close your eyes and you're transported... almost to Pizza Express!!!
I kid! It's delicious.

  1. Nice! I love seafood! So, the whelks, do you get them fresh or pickled? I've had a problem getting whelks so I had to resort to using cockles which just aren't the same thing.

    Also, have you tried using jellied eels as a topping? They're best deboned and dejellied, with a little grated haloumi and chopped garlic stalks.
